Valley Concert Chorale

We did it!! Valley Concert Chorale got to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City!!

It was an incredible experience. The students at West High did an amazing job and were so incredible to work with. We hope to do this again and we hope to have even more opportunities to sing at such an incredible place with amazing staff.

Our last rehearsal before Carnegie Hall. It is going to be an incredible experience to be able to sing on such an extravagant stage.

Valley Concert Chorale, West High School Chamber Singers, and First Presbyterian Church Choir come together one last time to sing John Rutter's Requiem. We are going to give it our all and are so pumped for this incredible opportunity to work with Deanna Joseph.

Meet some the members of Valley Concert Chorale and First Presbyterian Church who will be going to New York City to perform John Rutter's Requiem at Carnegie Hall. We can't wait to also join West High School for this amazing opportunity.

We want to thank Nori Adair for helping make these accommodations for all of us and to our the VCC Artistic Director, Joseph Castro, for giving Valley Concert Chorale this amazing opportunity.

We also want to thank Cindy Lewis Thompson for making reservations at Zachary's Chicago Pizza Livermore. We all come together one last time before we head off to New York. It is going to be a highlight that we will remember forever.

This has been an amazing May Collaboration Concert. Valley Concert Chorale wants to thank everyone involved into making this happen.

We want to thank Andreas Preponis and Janet Holmes for bringing in Las Positas College Chamber Choir and First Presbyterian Church Choir into this amazing concert. We hope to do more collaborations with them in the future.

We also want to thank Joseph Castro for bringing in his students from West High School (from Tracy) to Livermore. It was incredible to see so much young talent come together to sing such amazing music.

These concerts were such an incredible experience for everyone involved and we are so thrilled and pleased to end the 2025-2026 season with a bang.
