As I sit here while I’m “stuck” in Florida for yet another day of sun while the rest of the USA is freezing, What other emotion could I feel other than gratitude.
When I look back at this past year. I’ve been so loved- and also felt so low, in turn learned to heal in a better way for me and love myself more fully.

There’s been so so so many laughs and so so so much frolicking in the sun like the sun goddess I am. I’ve partnered in opening a healing business with my life long soul sister, Kara. I’ve continued to have beautiful adventures with my very best people. My love, Richard and I have made so many more beautiful memories. I’ve embraced letting the good times roll and to “let them” be who they are. The people who are here for me simply are.
Moving through this life with the essence of “flowing not forcing”.
Preparing now for a whole new landscape of new experiences. If I have loved you, you know who you are. Thank you ☺️
