I have been baking our bread for about 4-5 months and I wanted to show you the difference between baking bread with all purpose flour and bread flour. AP flour on the left and bread flour on the right. I ran out of bread flour after one loaf. AP will taste just as good, but esthetically I love working with bread flour 😊.

Round Bottom Bakery would like to wish Bonnie (my mother-in-law 😁) a happy belated birthday. I finally had the honor the bake her a cake (with a little help from her grand daughter on the finishing touches) I hope you had a lovely day. Yellow sponge filled with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, strawberry compote and edible sugar cookie dough.
