Several years after creating a new primary bathroom for the owners of this older home, they called me back to redesign the entire first floor. Most of it was gutted; walls were removed in some places and added in others. The kitchen now has a pass-through window to an outdoor counter. A mudroom was created by taking some space from the existing family room. The family room gained a modern style fireplace. And more - check it all out!
