It’s not always about what you eat or how much you exercise. A massive new study just released by Weill Cornell Medicine and the National Institutes of Health explores the influence that genetics has with type 2 diabetes. The team focused on 20 genes associated with type 2, out of the 290 areas in the genome that can contribute to diabetes.
