For Sherita, living with Multiple Sclerosis meant navigating mobility challenges, changes in her gait, difficulty walking & concerns about balance

When she came to TRP, her goals were clear: improve her balance, strengthen her legs, increase her walking endurance & be able to stand independently for longer than 5 minutes

Today, she’s seeing those goals become reality 👏

Sherita shared that her balance has improved, she can now stand independently for 5-7 minutes & she’s gained something just as important: confidence✨

“I am most proud of gaining confidence to move & walk more. I am not afraid of falling and I can catch myself if I feel like I am going to fall.”
