We are seeking a passionate and responsible Animal Control Technician to join our team at MRK Pest Control.

Job Summary:
As an Animal Control Technician, you will be responsible for picking up traps and setting traps around the Metro Detroit area.

You will be assigned jobs based on customer requests.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to animal control calls and complaints in a timely manner.
Ability to climb ladders, repair and seal up areas animals are entering and remove animals.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in animal control, veterinary services, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Physical stamina to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and handling animals.
