This last Tuesday Geof took Sam Bracken, the Executive Chef at The Canebrake near Wagoner to select the perfect cut of Ribeye from our grass fed beef being cut for us at Four State Meats.
The Frenched bone Ribeye Roasts will be braised by Sam and served as the main course of a 7 course gourmet meal for the 2011 Seventy-Five Mile Dinner at The Canebrake on Thursday the 14th of July.
