Every test week the kids who hit PRs get to sign the board with their number! You can see we have a lot of names up!

This is only with 2 lifts (squat and bench). JH on the left and HS on the right! Proud of all of our kids and the work they are putting in. As a whole we are young and fairly new to the weight room but we are getting much stronger! 💪🏼🏴‍☠️

This award goes to the athletes that show up daily and display toughness, energy, and effort in the weight room! They are set the standard with their example. They are great teammates and encouragers! They are PIRATES!

LG All Sports Pass are on sell in the High School office! These passes get you into all home sporting events for the 25-26 school year.

Finished of the last official day of Summer Pride with a nice lift and then headed out to the field for a Water Balloon War! Over 2,200 water balloons and a ton of fun!

Proud of all these athletes who have showed up, worked hard, and gotten better this summer! It’s just the beginning though! Excited for another great year of getting after it with these athletes!

OSSAA dead week will begin this Saturday and runs through July 6th.
