⭐️Membership Term
Your Summer Collective is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. This membership expires automatically at the end of the 30-day period and does not auto-renew.

⭐️Unlimited Class Access
Members receive unlimited access to all eligible group mat classes during the 30-day membership period. Specialty workshops, events, private sessions, reformer classes, and teacher trainings are not included unless otherwise stated.

⭐️Class Reservations
All classes must be reserved in advance through the Reformed app or website and are subject to availability.

⭐️Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Classes canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time or missed without cancellation will incur a $10 late cancellation/no-show fee for each occurrence.

⭐️Non-Transferable
The Summer Collective is non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser. Memberships cannot be shared, sold, or transferred.

⭐️No Holds or Extensions
Because this is a promotional membership, no freezes, holds, pauses, or extensions will be granted for vacations, scheduling conflicts, or unused time. Medical exceptions may be considered at Reformed’s discretion with appropriate documentation.

All Summer Collective purchases are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for unused time or missed classes.
