This industry has given me the opportunity to build a salon, expand into wigs and toppers, continue my education around the world, and still have the flexibility to be present as a mom. It’s a career that grows with you—whether you want to work behind the chair, build a business, educate, or create your own path.
Along the way, I’ve learned that success in this industry isn’t just about talent—it’s about the environment you’re in, the education you receive, and the mindset you choose to have.

I’ve always been the visionary—the dreamer, the creator, the one constantly seeing what’s next and what could be. He’s the one who helps make it all happen—the structure, the systems, the numbers, and the “how” behind the vision.
He helps run the business while I focus on building the experience, the brand, and the bigger picture. From business strategy to being the YouTube contractor bringing my design ideas to life, he somehow does it all.
There’s something powerful about building with someone who believes in your dreams as much as you do. He has supported every crazy idea, every expansion, and every new vision with steady encouragement and action.
