on Homelessness exists to bring people together to collaborate and advocate solutions to homelessness.

In the last 20 months under the management of Outreach Ministries International, the Lodi Access Center has facilitated 290 successful transitions into rehabilitation programs or housing, representing 260 unique individuals. Additionally, 86 clients have gained employment. This progress reflects the center’s commitment to helping individuals move beyond homelessness toward lasting stability.

The Lodi Access Center is a 46-bed, low-barrier emergency shelter providing 24/7 shelter and comprehensive wrap-around services designed to help individuals rebuild their lives. In addition to safe shelter, showers, and three daily meals, clients receive individualized case management, housing navigation, employment assistance, and connections to healthcare, behavioral health, public benefits, and other community resources. Day services are available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m..
