For those joining the Local 700 Women's Committee Boat Cruise on July 17, all guests must be on the dock by 7:00 p.m. to receive their tickets and boarding of the Anita Dee Yacht begins 7:30 p.m.

The boat will depart promptly at the scheduled time of 8:00 pm and will not return for late arrivals, so please arrive early. Directions are below.

Local 700 mourns the tragic loss of one of our members, killed in a crash on I-294 at an Illinois Tollway work zone, where two additional workers were injured. We extend our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and coworkers of our fallen brother and we pray for all those impacted.

This tragedy is a stark reminder of the dangers our members face every day. We urge all motorists to comply with the Move Over Law by slow downing and changing lanes near active work zones. Our members' lives depend on it.
