☀️I hope everyone is out there enjoying one of our traditional false spring events while we're in it! I have some openings this Friday - come on by for a quick tune-up!

🫣 I know I'm super lazy about posting here and I keep telling myself I'm going to be better. So I'll start with a mini reintroduction for anyone who isn't familiar with my practice.

👩‍⚕️My name is Dr. Kiley Fletcher and I'm a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® and certified acupuncturist. I'm also certified in the Webster technique, which is a a fantastic technique typically used to optimize normal physiological function in pregnancy and birth.

🔑 My practice is located on Main Street in Lombard, just a couple blocks down from Glenbard East where I attended high school. I run a one-woman show here, so I answer phones, schedule appointments, treat patients, and handle my own paperwork and billing.

🤩 My two favorite things about running my own small office are that I get to know my patients so well that they often feel like family and I get to create my own schedule. Having that flexibility allows me to come in early, stay late, or pop into the office on a day off anytime someone really needs it. This has also provided me the opportunity to be present for my two kids who are 8 and 10. I work 1-2 times per week at their school as a lunchroom/recess supervisor and volunteer every other chance I get. My absolute favorite thing, though, is coaching and watching my kids play their sports.

🩺One thing I try to express to people about chiropractic care is that it's not a "one size fits all" thing - different chiropractors do different things. In my office, I use a lot of manual therapy along with other modalities (exercise, electric stim, cupping, acupuncture, ultrasound, taping, etc) as needed to complement an adjustment. That means you can expect to spend anywhere from 20-45 minutes with me during an appointment. I can treat all ages but my preference is for middle school aged and up. When I took over here, I also inherited a large population of Medicare patients from my mentor and that demographic has probably remained my most consistent - so tell your mom and dad about me!
