A few of our team members had the opportunity to spend the day at the Society of Women Engineers - SWE headquarters, catching up with the incredible people we've had the privilege of partnering with for nearly two decades.

What began with rebranding SWE's annual conference to "WE" in 2007 has grown into a long-standing collaboration spanning websites, content, podcasts, conferences, campaigns, and more. Most importantly, it's been built on strong relationships and a shared commitment to helping engineers and the engineering community thrive.

Thank you, SWE, for welcoming us. We're looking forward to another great year together!

Celebrating 4 years of Ashley Scott Rudins at DJG 🎉

As an Account Manager, Ashley plays a key role in supporting clients and keeping projects moving forward with care and attention to detail.

When asked what advice she would give herself at the start of her career, Ashley shared:

“I would tell myself to trust my instincts and not to spend time worrying about things that are out of my control. Things work out the way they are supposed to!”

Celebrating 21 years of Ron at DJG 🎉

As President and Partner, Ron has helped shape the direction, voice, and growth of the agency over the past two decades.

When asked what advice he would give himself at the start of his career, Ron shared:

“Simple. I’d tell myself, when I was feeling discouraged about getting that first copywriter job during my first seven years in a non-creative role at Leo Burnett, to keep looking forward. It’s a cliché, but I’m where I am today because I didn’t stop pursuing what I love doing. I’d also remind myself of the demand my creative mentor at Michigan State University, the late, great Kensinger Jones, always made: ‘make it in’resting.’”
