Meet Shelby Moreno, our Administrative Assistant and a valued member of the LVCHO team since 2024. ✨📁

Born and raised in Lompoc, Shelby helps keep our operations running smoothly, supporting events, organizing systems, and showing up for our team and community. She brings the belief that in the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity into her work each day.

Shelby joined LVCHO as an intern through Goodwill Industries of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties’ Youth Services Program, a partnership we are grateful for. Her dedication and leadership led to her promotion in 2025. 💛👏🏽

Her favorite part of the job is being out in the community and seeing the impact firsthand. 🌱✨
