BREATHE was born out of Princess Tatiana’s passion and dedication to personal, social and emotional wellbeing. Her drive has led to the Peak State resources being available to all in Greece.

The Peak State resources include testimonies from a range of Greek people who use mental fitness techniques to unlock potential, increase performance and improve well being.
The resources are built upon a solid foundation of Psychology and Sports Science utilising evidence based models to develop its tools.

A sneak peek of our new film that was entered into Monaco's Streaming Film Festival 2021.
The short film poignantly depicts our Co-Founders' own stories of their time spent in the military and the life-changing events that happened to them both.
Through their recovery, rehabilitation, and friendship, the origins of Peak State were born!
Our mission is simple.
To make the most effective tools and techniques used to build mental fitness accessible to everyone, not just professional athletes and executives.
