Today we celebrate the freedoms we often take for granted, the sacrifices made by those who fought to protect them, and the incredible privilege of living in a country where traditions like rodeo continue to thrive.

The American flag means so much to our western way of life. It's carried into arenas, honored before every performance, and reminds us of the values of courage, hard work, and community that make this sport so special.

As we celebrate with family, friends, fireworks, and rodeos, let's also take a moment to remember the brave men and women—past and present—whose service has made these freedoms possible.

Farmers are the people who keep the world turning. From early mornings to long nights, they work tirelessly to ensure food reaches our tables every single day.

Today, we celebrate and appreciate farmers across America and around the world. From the corn and cheese we enjoy to the hay that feeds our horses, a farmer’s hard work is behind it all.

Thank you to every farmer for your dedication, sacrifice, and commitment to feeding our communities. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for all that you do. 🌾🚜

Have you been thinking about running for the Miss Keystone State Rodeo Pageant? If you’re still on the fence, let me tell you why it’s so worth it!

It can seem hard and intimidating but that’s what makes it special, doing the hard things that turn out to be so worth it. I ran for Miss Teen Keystone State Rodeo twice! The first year I was scared, couldn’t get through a speech, and thought I failed. Although I didn’t win my first year, I came out with valuable friendships and so much more knowledge to build on.

I loved it so much, I ran AGAIN! The second time, I focused on the knowledge, used resources the Miss Keystone State Rodeo Organization provides, and really put my brain to the test. Not only did I win my second time, I met even more amazing people. Along with gaining a board that feels like a second family 🤍

If MKSR feels like a challenge, do it. It’s worth it in every way possible, go out of your comfort zone! I cannot wait to see you shine on that stage✨
