SALAD!!!!
Salads can be made with so may different ingredients, they are delicious, light and a great way to get in all your vegetables and even fruits!

When making salads me mindful of a few things…
Ratios between fruit/veggies and the protein you choose if you choose - you always want to have more veggies, I will do about 2 cups of lettuce/ leafy green to 1/4 - 1/2 cup of protein
Also check you dressing!!! This is where salads can quickly become unhealthy. Look for low fat , low sugar dressings (there are a lot of options) there are even zero calorie dressings available!!
