Nurturing Amir

The third book in the Amir The Affirmation King Series is officially on the way and I could not be more excited to share it with you!

In Book 3 we are introducing a brand new character, Zion, who joins Amir as they explore all things mindfulness together!

I chose mindfulness for Book 3 because representation in the mental health and wellness space for young Black boys is almost nonexistent. Black boys deserve to see themselves in the stories they read ,not just as superheroes or athletes, but as emotionally aware, calm, and confident young kings who know how to handle their feelings.
