For my whole life I’ve felt the longing for home, which in Irish there is a lovely word for: “cumha”. This feeling is wrapped in grief for people and places that are gone, but everytime I am back in Ireland, pieces of my heart come back to me. This trip, I was still healing from some of the effects of some of the medical treatments I had to do post breast cancer, and I truly felt so much better in this land.

I had the most lovely time playing music at Slane Castle in Ireland for the last weekend. Truly thank you to the organizers and all the wonderful artists who made it a very special event.
