We all remember the stretches from P.E. in grade school, but those stretches still apply and are recommended before starting your game of golf! They include toe touches, quad stretches, lower back/trunk rotation, and more! Make sure to look up and do these stretches before and even when your not playing golf to stay limber (Like the photo!) and avoid any strains that may keep you from the game! :)

Both Tiger and Rory are known for their tremendous backyard practice facilities that include replicas of difficult shots from around the world including the "Road Hole" bunker at St. Andrew's (pictured).
