Teamwork.com (another GREAT project management software that caters to marketing agencies), asked several agency owners at INBOUND about a month ago this very interesting question...
While INBOUND was over a month ago, my answer wouldn’t change today.
I’d dedicate 100% of those resources into training and development for a number of reasonsw...
The biggest one being that I’d want to use that training to allow us to adapt to changes in our industry quicker, onboard people faster, and to be able to share more of what we’ve learned more often.
Even without the extra money falling from the sky, that’s what we’re doing... and then we’re going to share it! :raised_hands::skin-tone-5:
