The Neighborhood Leadership Program Class of 2026 recently participated in a Day of Discovery bus tour of Long Beach. 🚍

Class participants heard from program graduates who shared advice and encouragement on community event planning. The tour also included visits to several alumni-led project and event sites, including a community mural, two food distribution events and a literacy fair.

This summer, the Class of 2026 will be hosting their own community events along the Anaheim Street corridor — made possible thanks to the generous support of The Port of Long Beach.

Stay tuned for details!
