Dumbbells and barbells are deceitful, the gym isn't in those four walls. The gym isn't the earth, the gym is in your mind. How strong are you when no one likes you? How strong are you when you have nothing? How strong are you when you're alone? When your backs is against the wall how strong are you? How strong are you when you have everything? Can you stay humble or loose yourself in the fame? I swear social media has shown me the insecure, the vain, the self conscience, the in denial and the self loathers. Facebook is the new reality show. Go in the bathroom and look in the mirror. Tell yourself why you love yourself. Find reason to love yourself. Find the strength to bring a better you the table...hopefully these post change

Truth is, I made/make mistakes. I have flaws and I'm not perfect. My mistakes paved a way for lessons. Some have judge and Ive chosen to not point out their wrinkles. Not my place, found my truth and followed it. I hope someday you find your truth and follow it also. Never fear the truth. I've never really cared about the opinions of people due the fact that I've found my truth. Opinions are not facts, opinions are emotional based. One must transcend past the past and realize the life you live in, is tailored made for you. Start loving yourself more, it will take a strong person to realize that change needs to take place. Endure your battle and evolve so you yourself can live again.
