EDC Orlando Headliners, thank you for your energy and love this year! You're the heartbeat of EDC, and your passion is why we exist. I feel truly blessed to be part of this amazing community!

We appreciate all the positive feedback from you, the Headliners. Some of you even said this was one of your favorite EDC’s.

We also received comments and concerns, which we always take seriously and I would like to discuss here.

Last year we had some crowded pinch points, and we made changes that addressed it this year, including expanding site walkways & programming artist set times to improve flow.

Lightning and a downpour on our third night forced us to pause the show briefly for everyone’s safety, which is standard procedure. We always take these situations seriously and adjust accordingly as they arise.

Unfortunately, the storm left mud and puddles that forced Headliners to avoid certain areas, which shrank the usable space around the stages and narrowed walkways. While it was uncomfortable, it was a crowd flow issue, and not a surge or crush. We had no medical incidents due to this, and it cleared quickly.

This crowd flow was further impacted by our medical team addressing an unrelated medical call at the First Aid tent, located directly in front of that path. We will work with the Fire Department to try and find an alternate accessible location for the first aid tent. We’ll also explore new ways to protect dirt areas when it rains.

Additionally, we decided this year at EDC and across many of our festivals to have only one large water station destination rather than smaller ones that cause congestion throughout the site. This allows us to add more refill points, help Headliners rehydrate faster, and alleviate congestion pinch points throughout the festival.

Putting together these events is not easy, and we truly appreciate your support. Thank you for being part of this journey and for continuously inspiring us to keep raising the bar. ❤️
