Spa day for the “Lion” at Tinkertown Museum.

Spent the past week restoring, replicating, & repairing a handful of signs with all the care in the world. It was a fantastic week of navigating with the family and assistance of how best to preserve the sign painting legacy of Ross Ward and the artist environment he industriously created over decades. ~~~
It’s too much goodness to explain in one post, so a write up will be come soon!

On this season of The Repair Shop ABQ… Max is the master craftsman and I am working on their hand painted signs. At the shop, ran by Max and Kayla, the sense of community, design, and care for golf in ABQ is so strong & I am so proud to have gotten the chance to paint for their lovely business. Hand drawn and as always- hand painted!

Will certainly be posting more details of the signs soon. Including 18K Lemon Gold Boston gilded address, custom cut interior signs and the surprise details on the windows…
