Bojo Du Luar - 2019 'Deu Bode' is a Portuguese gem!!🔥🔥 Biodynamic. Light, chilled red made from a blend of hand-harvested Vinhão, Bastardo, Borraçal,Arinto, and Loureiro that are macerated for five days, followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with all varietals.
Ground chestnut flowers are also added to the fermentation process here as well to help stabilize the process.
Earthy summer berries meld with smokey minerality in this sleek stunner!!🤤🌴
