Introducing Joan Maxwell!

We are excited to have Joan Maxwell join the PFCCpartners team! Joan will be supporting the PFAnetwork activities and work groups. Joan is currently serving as a Patient Family Advisor to National Quality Forum, Institute for Healthcare Improvement and locally at John Muir Health System in Northern California. We look forward to Joan's contributions to meeting the needs of PFAnetwork members.

The Gateways to Patient Family Advisory Programs Boot Camp provides a systematic approach for implementing high value and sustainable engagement programs.

This highly interactive 1.5 day program will result in the design of an action plan to implement advisory programs that are unique to the setting and scope of participating teams.
