To those that follow my page, I'm pushing forward this year with the FFL and all that comes with it. As of the 13th of this month Case Arms is officially an approved LLC.
Met with the powers to be (ATF and Accountant) Wednesday. Lots of questions answered and a path has been chosen for the company. Official start date for Pale Horse Ind. will be January 1st 2013. As it stands as long as there is no issues with the city. The business will be based out 20582 Johnson Rd. The company will be a type 01 FFL, buying and selling fi****ms, gunsmithing, and will be able to deal in class III weapons as well.
