The school has been open since 2017 and accredited since 2021. The school is currently active open with enrolled students located in a prime location. I WANT TO RETIRE .. in 2 years .. we can / will stay on to train anyone needed, there are two instructors currently a bilingual, female, and a male both licensed barbers .. I want $200k and I am willing to take payments over an agreed amount of time lasting up to 6 years . With a one time $50k up front balloon payment.

The school has accreditation an annual fees that are currently due RIGHT NOW (ASAP) in the amount of $20,000 …(which I can’t pay right now ) for the next schedule in person Compliance visit, which is calendared for October 2026 .. The next accreditation visit would be approximately in the next three years around 2029 .. which is when those above mentioned ccreditation fees will be due again .

For this deal to work that $20,000 would need to be paid which would initiate the partnership leading to a full buyout at an agreed-upon time in the future.

The first six months I will transfer relinquish and adjust all legal licensing, accreditation and entity paperwork as well as train any and all needed for post personnel after that first 6 months time the above mentioned $50,000 balloon payment would be due.. for the next six months I will continue to train and prepare proposed personnel for all upcoming compliance expectations from all licensed and governing agencies .

The next six months, which is now one approximately year into partnership . New Owner and proposed staff will now begin to assume. All duties, rolls and responsibilities, while I remain to oversee and correct when needed . Also at which time a $2000 per month monthly payment for the remaining $150,000 will begin at this time. that $2
000 per month payment will continue for 75 payments a total of 6 1/2 years.

If While under new ownership and operations, the school fails to complete, pass and remain in compliance for accreditation and or any other governing agencies renewal, a revisiting of standing operated procedures, as well as compliance requirements alternative training, indicative of what’s needed to remain in business would need to be reevaluated and re-implemented by myself with possibly different staffing or management.

During the 6 1/2 year period if no Compliance issues arise, I will not intervene and will remain a silent partner. After all payments are complete I will be completely removed from any in all aspects as owner in any capacity in every capacity. But not until the last payment is paid, which can be paid in advance prior to the 6 1/2 year mark..

The reason I made this post so detailed is because I don’t want a a bunch of questions asking me everything that I’ve just explained above. This is a hard deal for the right person if you’re not the right person, then this just isn’t the deal deal for you.

I am willing to discuss any relevant negotiations but please don’t waste my time.
