🚨 KIDS CAN FAIL EVERY CLASS… AND STILL MOVE ON

Let’s be real.

A student can:
• do no work
• ignore every assignment
• fail every test

…and still end up in the next grade.

But somehow…

you’re the one being questioned.

“What interventions did you try?”
“Did you build a relationship?”
“What else could you have done?”

Be serious.

At what point do we stop pretending this makes sense?

Because right now the message is clear:

Effort doesn’t matter.
Accountability doesn’t matter.

But your performance as the teacher?

That better be perfect.

And people really act confused about why this job feels impossible.
