A complete facelift for this house using by . This is a great example of using the same color but changing the textures. Vertical surfaces are a bamboo texture, around the front door is a wave texture made custom for us by Marmiro and the flat surfaces are sand blasted. The stairs are our favorite, they were fabricated by to make them appear as thick slabs and really makes this front entrance stand out!

We took an unusable grass court yard that was the main focal point of this home and turn it into a desirable outdoor living space that will have eventually have a pair of large sectionals a dining table and a separate fire pit area. The patio is wetlaid travertine by bordered with clay tiles.

Front Porch renovation on this century home in Rumson NJ. It’s an amazing transformation when you look at the before and after photos. This new porch looks like it has been part of the home since day one.
