It’s only taken me 17 months 🙈 I’m great at working out when it comes to filming my workout videos but when it comes to just me taking time to exercise I’m going to be honest, I’ve been absolutely useless….

So much has been going on with what Im currently working on that I’ve had my toes into coding apps rather than my toes in my workout shoes 😂

I am pretty excited to share what’s coming AND also test out some new workout routines so I can bring the best ones to you 💪🏻

I realised something recently…

Over the years, I’ve shared thousands of workouts.

But I haven’t really shared me.

So if you’re new here (or you’ve been following me for years 😅), here’s a little more about the person behind the videos…

✨ I genuinely love building apps, AI tools, and finding smarter ways to make life easier.

🌍 I’ve been lucky enough to travel to over 40 countries—many of those opportunities came from sending emails and hearing a lot of “no’s” before getting a “yes.”

🏔️ I climbed Mount Everest, and it taught me that we’re capable of so much more than we think.

💪🏻 I’ve spent over a decade helping women move their bodies and one thing still holds true: consistency beats perfection.

🤍 These days, my favourite adventure is being a mum, and you’ll definitely see plenty of the funny, chaotic moments along the way.
