Mission: The Reentry Initiative provides reentry care in a safe environment for justice-involved adults.

For over a decade, we’ve learned what it truly takes to support women as they rebuild their lives after incarceration. It isn’t just one big program or a single solution.

Successful reentry support starts with the little things:
• A bus pass to get to therapy.
• Help navigating Medicaid.
• Childcare coordination so a mother does not have to choose between her child and a probation appointment.
• Safe housing, steady encouragement, and care that sees the whole person.

This is where TRI’s wraparound support makes a life-changing difference. 🫶 Stability is not a small win. It is the foundation for healing, recovery, family connection, and a real chance to move forward.

At TRI, we walk alongside women with personalized, holistic support that meets urgent needs while also helping them build lasting strength. In this way women are better able to stay engaged, meet their goals, and begin to believe in their own future again.

In our latest Myth vs. Truth, we are looking at the realities of incarceration.

Every year, 90% of people who go to prison return to their communities, but for many, reentry is an uphill journey.

Research shows that about two-thirds of those released are likely to be rearrested within three years, underscoring just how critical real support is in this season of transition.

Factors that contribute to successful reintegration include:
✔️ Access to stable employment
✔️ Availability of transitional housing
✔️ Support from mentoring programs

Addressing these areas can significantly improve the chances of individuals successfully reintegrating into their communities. At TRI, our programs offer support for all of this and much more. Our wrap-around approach ensures justice-involved adults thrive in the community without reoffending.
