Here is my hybrid course run from the Colorado ninja League finals at Ark Ninja.

My big backswing on the salmon ladder preparing for a backflip dismount did not work out how I hoped. I was able to get one backflip in the run.

I probably should have worn my glasses so I could see the slot more clearly on the last obstacle.

Gebel El-Silsila sandstone quarry
This sandstone quarry produced stones used in temples in Luxor and Giza.
In order to keep the workers from travelling to Luxor to provide offerings to the gods, they needed to build a temple so the offers could be given on site.

We them traveled up the Nile to Izbat Al Bayyarah where the Kom Ombo Temple exists. A groups of men had a BBQ at the end of the day on the beach beside us.
