Turkey thyme meatballs. How pretty are thyme flowers?!

I love sweet potatoes to be on the darker side of crispy 😂 Lunch was ginger garlic chicken with homemade honey mustard and roast cauliflower and dinner was cast iron sirloin with sweet potato rounds and broccoli with smoked paprika and sprinkled with nutritional yeast

*Tip for foolproof cast iron steaks: marinate for a few hours in the fridge and put a teaspoon of baking soda in the marinade = tender and juicy. Make sure to pat steaks dry before searing in a very hot cast iron pan. Cook center to 125f for medium rare. Cover and let sit for a few minutes before slicing

*For crispy sweet potato fries: submerge cut sweet potatoes in water, then pat dry and sprinkle with a little cornstarch before baking (or air frying)
