Tiffany joined the Optimize team in October 2025 and was drawn to chiropractic because of its focus on natural healing and a more holistic approach to healthcare.
She is passionate about helping patients regain hope and celebrating every win along the way — big or small. Tiffany also loves helping patients understand that chiropractic care isn’t just about pain relief, but about improving how the body functions and adapts to everyday life. If you’ve ever heard one of her analogies, you know she has a way of making things click.
What she believes truly sets Optimize apart is the individualized approach to care. Every treatment plan is tailored to the patient — their symptoms, their goals, and the type of care they want — never one-size-fits-all.
One of Tiffany’s greatest strengths is guiding patients through their first experience in the clinic. From performing scans to explaining the technology and results, she makes sure patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care.
She’s currently working on learning every patient’s name and face — because to her, no one should ever feel like “just another patient.”
Outside the clinic, Tiffany loves reading, sewing, and anything plant-related (as long as it doesn’t have thorns). She’s also not afraid to be a little silly if it helps kids feel more comfortable.
Favorite snacks? Rice Krispy treats, peach rings, pickles, and a Dr. Pepper — or a frozen peach lemonade with a sour shot if you know, you know.
