During the current winter storm, the safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. Therefore, due to ongoing winter weather conditions and the potential for hazardous travel conditions, the clinic will be closed Monday, January 26th.

During this closure, patients with previously scheduled appointments may continue to receive appointment reminders. If so, please choose the reschedule or cancel option.

Once we resume normal operations, we will gladly assist in rescheduling all appointments affected by the inclement weather closures. To be rescheduled, please call 903-470-8100 after we reopen.

Ahead of the storm, we have prepared for some members of our staff to have remote access to periodically check incoming texts. Please note that this access is very limited. Therefore, we will only be addressing important concerns (e.g., urgent medication refills, urgent lab results, etc.) that cannot wait until we return to the clinic.

All non-urgent matters (e.g., routine medication requests, non-urgent lab results, referral status, appointment scheduling, etc.) will not be addressed until we return to the clinic.

Our clinic's inclement weather closure policy is based on the LISD school schedule as well as the condition of our parking lot.

We will continue to monitor conditions and provide updates regarding reopening as soon as it is safe to do so.
