We're looking for 1–2 high-energy people who can become key members of the Islands Shave Ice team through the fall and beyond possibly.

If you're the type of person who keeps a smile on your face, loves talking to people, and brings positive energy wherever you go... keep reading.

These positions have the potential to become lead roles with additional responsibility as we grow.

Previous management or leadership experience is a plus, but honestly, attitude matters more than experience. We can teach someone how to make shave ice. We can't teach someone to care about customers, hustle when the line gets long, or bring great energy to the team every day.

🤯 LONGVIEW...YOU GOT A LITTLE CRAZY TODAY! 🍧❤️

Today was unlike anything we've ever experienced at Islands.

Our normal wait time is usually around 10–15 minutes, even on a busy day. Today we found ourselves with waits approaching an hour and more as wave after wave of you came out to support us, NO, that is not normal.

To everyone who stood in line, waited patiently, and showed kindness to our team—THANK YOU.

We know your time is valuable, which is why we handed out free SHAVE ICE cards to many of those who experienced the longest waits. Your patience and understanding meant the world to us.

The support over the last few days has been absolutely incredible, and we're beyond grateful that so many people chose to spend part of their weekend with us, but because of the overwhelming turnout...

🚨 WE ARE OFFICIALLY SOLD OUT OF ICE FOR THE WEEKEND. 🚨

We will NOT be open tomorrow (Sunday) as we have completely sold out of ice and other items and need to restock.
