Bluebonnet Roots Cleaning Services is growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in creating clean, welcoming homes for our clients.

✨ What We're Looking For:

✔️ 18+ years old
✔️ Reliable transportation (required)
✔️ Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
✔️ Hours vary daily, so you must be available during your committed schedule, even if you don't work a full 8-hour day
✔️ Detail-oriented and takes pride in making things sparkle
✔️ Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
✔️ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
✔️ Willing to learn, accept feedback, and communicate with your Team Lead
✔️ Able to follow company procedures and cleaning checklists
✔️ Previous cleaning experience not required, but a great attitude and strong work ethic are!

💵 Pay & Employment:

• $10/hour for the first 30 days (with opportunities for performance-based pay increases)
• 90-day 1099 probationary period. After 90 days, if it's a great fit for both you and our team, you'll have the opportunity to transition to a W-2 employee position.
