Congratulations to the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) for their grand opening of the George Fleming Place in Seattle’s Othello neighborhood. The project features 106 affordable apartments serving families with children, veterans, low-wage workers and people living with disabilities. Commerce’s Managing Director for the Housing Trust Fund, Nate Lichti, attended the event:
