Purpose

Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and ex*****on of all network/IT functions at multiple customer locations. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of some existing applications and development of new technical solutions.

Job Requirements

• Must have a broad-based working knowledge of common network/PC hardware, software, security, and operational practices.
• Must have excellent diagnostic abilities related to network environments and common software anomalies.
• Must be able to quickly assess network architecture and operations as they relate to the business requirements the network serves.
• Must be able to establish a confidence building rapport with various work groups in the customer’s employee and vendor community.
