Outside, eighteen pastures with covered loafing sheds and twenty-four paddocks offer turnout options for every stage of care. A 200 by 225 foot lighted outdoor arena complements the covered indoor space. A 7-horse Priefert walker and an 80-foot round pen round out the training infrastructure.

The accommodations match the ambition. A 5,000 square foot ranch house with six bedrooms overlooks a mile of West Sister Creek frontage. A guest house, two cabins, and a studio apartment provide housing for clients, staff, or the short-term rental income the property already generates.

And the location is what makes all of it possible. Sisterdale sits in the heart of Texas wine country, next door to Sister Creek Winery and across the road from the legendary BlackBoard BBQ. Fifteen minutes from Boerne. Thirty minutes from San Antonio and Fredericksburg. Close enough to draw clientele from across the Hill Country. Far enough to feel like the escape it is.

The facility remains fully operational. Clients continue arriving. Horses continue healing. Revenue continues flowing.
