Hey there, Happy Monday Friends 📍 I’ve been ask this question a lot on why I don’t offer food on my truck is because my niche is Funnel Cakes and specialty desserts . I also don’t want to be all over the place with menu options, and no staff to accommodate your demands for quality food and services . My cooking oil is100% clear fry (No Peanut oil) for my cakes only and no other foods that will throw the taste off of you what you came for in the first place the Cakes . Now my Funnel links is one of my signature menu options that you can only get from FCP . I precook the links on a grill before dipping into the batter and then deep fried to perfection. Plus when you are looking for vendors for your event I won’t clash with other food trucks selling the same items.
That’s why when you do start your business make sure your menu offer items that set you apart from the rest and , that’ll get you noticed as well .
