We are in search of employers to participate in the 9th Annual GLOBE Career Expo: May 20 & 21; 9 AM to 12 PM each day. The expo's purpose is to expose 11th grade students to ALL the career/education opportunities they have after graduation. Yesterday we visited with Arp High school students and today we are at Troup Middle school...informing East Texas students about career opportunities. Students start early thinking about what they want to do after high school. We make sure they know that they need more than a high school diploma but there are more options than a 4-year degree.
