Landscape Account Manager

Weber Landscaping is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate and driven Landscape Account Manager to join our team.

In this key role, you’ll be a face of Weber Landscaping to our valued clients—building relationships, overseeing projects, and leading our crews to deliver top-notch landscaping services. If you’re a natural leader with strong people skills and a solid background in landscape management, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Oversee multiple landscape maintenance and installation projects
• Ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
• Lead and motivate your landscape team to perform at their best
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development
• Monitor and maintain the health and appearance of landscapes
• Manage budgets, proposals, reports, and project documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in landscaping or grounds management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of landscape installation and maintenance practices
• Proficient with project management tools and software
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
• A degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field is a plus
