Jay's Jukebox Burgers hare homemade with love and attention to tiny details like all the aioli sauce is made from the owners grandma's recipes. Jay is very into the science behind food but also ensures every ingredient comes from a local farm to support small businesses. All the names on the menu may seem weird to anyone who never went to a diner in the 50's as they are all slang from that era. From Egg in Your Shoes, to Daddy-O, and Kickin' Chicken.
