Tiny Sprouts Yoga

With getting ready for maternity leave & preparing for baby, I forgot to mention I obtained additional kids yoga certification last August!! I was very pregnant at the time so it makes sense I somewhat forgot 😂💜
100 hrs + completing level 1 & 2 certification to equal 200 HOURS of training in teaching yoga & mindfulness to kids of all ages & diverse needs & backgrounds. I’m hopeful for what the future holds & how I will take this into the work I do.
