About Us
The Crime Victim Advocacy Program serves crime survivors in Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties. As crime victim advocates, it is our job and passion to support, validate and empower anyone who has been hurt or harmed by crime. All of our services are free and confidential, and do not require you to file a report with the police. Services include but are not limited to: advocacy based counseling, referrals and information, court accompaniment, assisting with crime victim compensation, gathering paperwork for court proceedings, etc. We also offer educational trainings and presentations to the community. We are a program of Emergency Support Shelter, a Longview, WA based non-profit that specializes in supporting primary and secondary survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Please call us at 360-703-3762 between 9 a.m and 5 p.m Monday through Friday to schedule an appointment with an advocate. For emergency or after hours care, call the Washington State Crime Victim Service Center Hotline at 1-888-288-9221.
